Safe use of the machine
Information on the safe use of the machine is given in the operating manual. The machine is operated only by personnel trained on it; training is given at the facility on delivery.

1. Controller
İzmir Paketleme Lojistik İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (the Company), owner of the Aegean Vaccine brand. Address, tax and MERSİS details are given under Company details above.
2. What we process
- When you email us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and job title, the content of the correspondence and any facility information you share.
- During quotation, sale, installation, training and support: in addition, delivery and invoicing details, and the names and signatures of training participants.
- When you visit this site: Cloudflare technically processes your IP address and browser information to host and protect the site. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security. Visit statistics are kept without cookies and without identifying you. Films are played through Vimeo; when you open a film, Vimeo processes your data directly under its own privacy policy and may use its own cookies.

4. Recipients
- Email and document infrastructure: Google (Google Workspace).
- Hosting, security and visit statistics: Cloudflare.
- Film playback: Vimeo.
- Kenan Ateş Su Ürünleri Üretimi Veterinerlik Hizmetleri ve Malzemeleri Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti.: for requests concerning vaccines and veterinary services.
- Accounting, legal advisers and carriers for delivery: only as needed for the task.
- Competent public authorities: where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Servers of Google, Cloudflare and Vimeo may be located outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad.
6. How we collect
We collect data, by automated or partly automated means, through the emails you send us, quotation and contract documents, installation and training records, and the site's technical infrastructure.
7. Retention
- Correspondence and documents that lead to a contract: for the relationship and 10 years after (Turkish Commercial Code art. 82).
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: 2 years from the last correspondence.
- When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may:
- learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction under KVKK art. 7, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties who received the data,
- object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
